Sailing on San Francisco Bay will surely be an unforgettable Mother’s Day!
Take Mom for an adventure this Mother’s Day and give the gift of a memory. Mother’s Day, Sunday May 11, 2025 happens to coincide with May’s full moon. Schooner Freda B is offering full moon sails on both Saturday and Sunday!
On Mother’s Day we also have a morning wildlife sail and afternoon remembrance sail, honoring the women and loved ones who are no longer with us.

Sunday, May 11: Morning Wildlife Sail
Modeled after our popular “Eco Sails”, this Sunday morning cruise takes you under the Golden Gate Bridge, along the Marin Headlands, and out to Point Bonita Lighthouse.
Sit back as you witness this rarely-seen part of the San Francisco Bay, while our naturalist points out the unique wildlife you’ll see along the way. What better way to start the day?!
Sunday, May 11: Remembrance Sail
Honor the mothers, women, and loved ones who are no longer with us. This afternoon memorial sail gives guests the opportunity to share memories with friends and family, or simply sit in quiet contemplation as we sail the San Francisco Bay.
We will provide a rose for every guest to send to sea for remembrance.
